In our unit located on the ground floor of our hospital, 14 chronic chronic hemodialysis devices are used to serve 65 chronic patients. In addition to the patients with chronic program, dialysis service is provided in acute patients and patients who are registered in another center but who are in chronic hemodialysis program in our hospital. In addition, dialysis service is provided to patients in need of dialysis treatment in all intensive care units of our hospital. In our unit, approximately 110 patients are served monthly.
Our unit consists of 297 m2 hemodialysis hall and 52 m2 resting room. There is a bedside TV system and our patients are served breakfast in the morning and snacks. Patient transfers are performed with our dialysis patient transport vehicle.
